Rude Management

I’ve had AC/heating issues and have put in multiple work orders. My AC completely went out last week. The property manager was extremely rude to me regarding the situation. My apartment has been over 80° for a week now. She told me to go file a claim on my insurance and that they had done everything they were responsible for. wasn’t mold. I’ve had to reach out to them regarding updates. I was told they ordered the parts for the AC but don’t know where they are or when they will get here. The assistant manager was extremely rude as well.I will not renew my lease again after such a horrible experience. Dealing with the office management is not worth it. This complex is over 20 years old and rent still goes up every year with no upgrades to justify it.
