August 21, 2025My rating has gone down since the last time I submitted a review because it seems that management is doing nothing to fix the problem that is people not cleaning up after their dogs. I have seen, on multiple occasions, dog poop sitting just a few feet from where poop bags are located. I have even seen dog poop on the sidewalk. It’s quite frustrating when a simple and easy task goes undone out of laziness of neighbors.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025I’ve been here for 4 years now. Management has changed about that many times as well. There were times it was just awful but the new manager is really changing thing and making them better. I’ve consistently been so pleased. She’s a keeper. I know it was a lot to come in and fix this place up but somehow she’s managed to continually make improvements where prior managers claimed their hands were tied. Also Maitnence is amazing. The respond to your requests quickly and they’re both super competent ...and care about the residents.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2025We have had a terrific experience so far with the amenities and maintenance help that we have asked for. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of neighbors and the common areas, like the breezeways and stairs. We have had them power washed once since we've been here and it seems like they could use a cleaning more than once every 18 months.Property Manager Responded

July 16, 2025Very loud music at the pool that I can hear and feel from inside my apartment at 7:30pm and still going strong. Apartment floods and still have not heard management plans to stop it despite assurances that I would hear back shortly but that's been over a week maybe two.Property Manager Responded

June 18, 2025I have just moved in and would agree that all pet owners need to do a better job of cleaning up after their pets. I have a dog and bring a bag out every time to clean up after her. The apartment was a little dirty when I moved in, but overall a good experience. Office personnel have been nice and answered my questions.Property Manager Responded
