Not worth it
April 30, 2025For the money you pay here. The apartments look NOTHING like the pictures or floor plans. Everything is smaller. And the management takes their headquarters communication issues out on the residents. No security in the area. People constantly walking around that do not live there.Review from Apartments.com

Really Nice Place
July 12, 2020I personally live here currently! We are a military family and we haven't had any issues while living here since last November 2019. My neighbors are really respectful and the office staff are on the spot. When I give them a call I can schedule when I want them to fix something or they will be on the spot. Ms. Lisa in the office works hard and if I have any issues I can call her anytime and she seems to always answer. The rent here is very reasonable! We are in a two bedroom duplex or as you can ...see it on the website " Loft or Garden ". There is alot of closet space and storage! I am really happy living here and for an affordable price to life you really do get more then what you would pay somewhere else. I do see alot of reviews speaking about her not calling back.. She runs back and forth to separate locations getting work done. Leave a message for her and she will give you a call and tell you when another home is open!Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2020I've been fighting to get my central a.c. fixed since June of 2019. Still getting lies and excuses. Don't expect any kind of promptness on getting repairs fixed or professionalism from the office manager.Property Manager Responded

Bayou Marcus Townhomes
September 16, 2015I love the property manager, Lisa. She's very good with working with tenants on late payments but the apartment could be taken care of a little better. We experienced a flood here I'm April 2014, and during the repairs they didn't do a very good job. I downsized to a 2 bedroom after the flood because I couldn't keep up the monthly payments and I'm still struggling with two daughters ages 2 and 3 months. I have bugs coming in from the walls because the carpet and floorboards don't meet, there are ...big gaps in between. My AC barely cools and always freezes up and leaks onto my carpet, they haven't offered a carpet cleaning and the maintenance man is very lazy and is always on the his person cell phone on the job. My light bill is sky high and I honestly think its becausr of my AC unit. Other than these problems it's a very nice little community.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
