April 25, 2026This complex works on gaining your trust, personal information and later your money. Spoke exclusively about 1 unit only to accept my application fee and later call hoping to offer a different unit, stating there was a website issue and your requested unit is no longer available. Although through no fault of the applicant the front office states the fee is non-refundable. Once you deny the other units, it’s your fault because they offered you another option that you denied and boom they keep $50 ...from no telling how many applicants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
