I am approaching my third year here and I have no negative comments to report. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew are very professional and always on top of their jobs. The building is constantly being cleaned and well taken care of. Maintenance responds immediately to calls and the upkeep of anything that needs to be serviced regularly is always done promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice spacious apartment to rent.

I have lives in the complex over 10 years and cannot say enough good thing about the Staff at the Reserve at StoneyCreek. They are alway on top of maintenance issue and response quickly for both small and big things. I recently had air conditioning issues and they responded and had the issue identified within an hour. Jim alway knows how to fix the problem efficiently with limited interruption to the tenant.

My wife and I have lived here for over a year and have lived in two units during that time. The staff here are fantastic and help with everything you need. We have some great neighbors and never have parking issues. There are also stores and highways right around the corner, so it is easy to get what you need and where you need to go quickly. I would recommend The Reserve to anyone in a heartbeat!

Yes, apartment is nice but rent increases yearly. This year increase will be $250 a month when my current lease expires. The parking situation is awful. Came home from work on Friday night and not one single space in three whole lots. Had to park up at the pool. Another issue is residents accidentally leaving gas on. Happened in my building and gas smell was in my apartment. All of these issues just started so not sure what is happening recently but I'm taking it as a sign to get out. So new ...
residents will probably get good offer on rent for a year, but be ware. One good thing is quick maintenance but they send emails almost monthly about needing to come in to do filters..alarms..etc. usually when you are not home. One night the fire alarms tripped at 230 am for no apparent reason so I spent a half hour in my car and had to get up for work at 530 am. Other than recent events, most of my time here has been acceptable.

I love living here! I live in the 2 bedroom (Sloop) and it is spacious. The kitchen is lovely with lots of cabinet space. The layout works great for my family. The only real complaint that I have is that there seems to be a small issue with parking on the upper side of the complex so if you can afford a garage, I would recommend getting one. Otherwise, LOVE IT HERE!
