Deceptive Descriptions and Shady Business Practices
July 11, 2023Unless you want to lose $350 due to poor communication from the office staff and a lack of their being upfront about their policies, let alone deceptive descriptions of the units, don’t even apply here. If there is a tree outside your window, they will say that you have a wooded view and they will charge you extra for it. If you have questions or hesitations about a unit you applied for, you will not be informed that you are within a 24 hour refund window until after it has passed and your money ...is theirs. STAY. Not worth it - Look elsewhere
May 11, 2022Come here if you want a super good chance of your car being broken into (sometimes even more than once every few months!), or if you want to move again in a year when they raise your rent 30-40%. Management has refused to do anything like add security or even cameras while people living here have been begging for some sort of action for some time now. July 23, 2021I lived here nearly 3 years in a beautiful apartment and had no issues. Easily a 5 star experience... however... I recently transferred apartments and downsized from a 2 bed to a 1 bed (no more roommates) and upon moving in I found that the whole apartment had some "vanilla cleaner" smell. I thought it was just from the cleaning people, but now 2 weeks later I have determined with certainty that the smell had soaked into the WALLS of the apartment from the previous tenants. Its the result of ...some incense oil or something and the whole place is nauseating. If that weren't enough, any attempt to clean it (baking soda & vinegar, degreaser, deodorizer, etc) has had no effect. The reason I give the apt a 1 star review is that in talking to the leasing office, they have stonewalled me and dismissed my concerns. Even their own service department has admitted the smell is strong. The leasing office doesn't care and even told me "I live with some roommates that also have some bad odors, I just learned to deal with it" Umm, excuse me... I don't HAVE any roommates. Amazing Customer Service and Unique apartments
October 9, 2019I loved my time at The Reserve. The staff is friendly and kind and get things done quickly. The phase 1 apartments are very unique and have fun floor plans, larger than typical apartments and they have lots of storage. Most of the apartments on the back of the community have some sort of cozy wooded view as well. I loved my time there!Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful location; bad for your car.
February 7, 2019The location is beautiful, however structurally, the apartments are relatively expensive for the benefits of the community you live in. One concern I have to reference is that cars are unprotected and occasionally get dings or scrapes due to the limited open parking. Garage units are scarce, parking accomodations (both independent carports and garages) are over priced, and thus drives up the cost of units with them. Staff are courteous, but are not very flexible if you have a budget in mind or ...are looking for options. Love My Apartment!
October 5, 2015Since moving in last Spring, I have had nothing but excellent service from the office staff, to the manager to the service department. They are always so pleasant and always ensure what I need is met to my expectations. Not only is the apartment itself top notch in quality, it's well insulated to the point we don't hear our neighbors and they don't hear us. The surroundings are gorgeous and love all the trails to take our pup walking on and he absolutely loves the area. All the amenities are ...making our son drool and now he is looking to move out here as well but for now settles on coming over for dinner and some games of pool. In addition, love we are walking distance to the town center and Central Market! The workout center is always clean and the temperature is perfect for working out. Love how those of us who use it clean the equipment after we're done. Don't always see that in other gyms.
