GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
February 8, 2022I have been here since 2021 and couldn't be happier. It's well lit, quiet, safe, close to White Oak shopping center and restaurants. The Office Staff have been very kind and helpful when I needed something or had a question. The Maintenance staff has been quick to respond and are also very professional and polite. The Worst!
August 17, 2021I had the worst experience while living here for nearly two years. We were unsafe! The neighbors cars were being broken into all the time. Several times we were woken up in the middle of the night to someone turning our door handle(other neighbors had it happen the same nights, found out through the community message board) The staff is great until you sign your lease. The neighbors are noisy with loud music late into the night, the smell of pot filled my apartment on a regular basis, the puppy ...German shepherd upstairs was so loud, finding a parking spot was difficult… I could go on. I’m just glad we are out! I didn’t mind paying the $2k to break my lease. I was beyond ready to escape!Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2021Not the best place to stay, staff/management not friendly or welcoming. Staff dont answer question when you call the office or have an attitude. Pay for trash services but have to keep trash in our homes due to full trash compact, but we can get a fine if trash is outside of apartment.Property Manager Responded
