Extremely Upsetting
October 6, 2023Twice in a row I have set up auto-pay, gotten a confirmation email that it was starting and then the next month I get a bright red eviction-EVICTION! notice stuck in my door saying they demand payment within 3 days or we are getting evicted. Because their auto-pay doesn't work. Convenient way to charge me an extra 10% = $141 dollars in late fees! They are extremely upsetting.Review from Apartments.com
Cheap Material and Can hear neighbors
April 22, 2020These apartments look good once you are inside and have everything you need, but I have lived in many complexes and it appears like these units were built with very cheap material (walls, ceilings, and other things). So, they fool you by the pictures and tours, but once you live here you see things aren't as "nice" as they appear to be. Living here is just not worth it! I am only here since this is the only decent option close to Mississippi College and I won't be renewing my lease once it's ...over. You will be able to hear peoples conversations outside, the mail man dropping off packages, and your neighbors phone vibrating from upstairs. It's like these walls are made of paper. I won't not recommend living here at all. The only reason people live here is because its their only option and the other complexes were filled ( you will also realize this complex always has openings since everyone leaves after 4 months-1 year and goes somewhere else).Property Manager Responded

Good
May 16, 2019The office staff is very nice and helpful. My roommate had some problems with them, but they were completely fine with me. My apartment had the older white counters which were very hard to keep clean and had been banged up from previous renters. Whenever we put in a maintenance request they filled it as soon as possible. September 19, 2015This is a wonderful place to live it's a very nice and quiet community and that's what I love the most. Being that I work long hours I just like to come home to relax with peace in quiet all around. The staff is fantastic and handle whatever my need is accordingly. The amenities are great also. The location is great I have shopping centers as well as restaurants close by for my convenience. August 4, 2015Nice newer appliances, spacious closets with balconies and fireplaces. Gated complex with a pool, tennis and volleyball courts. Also there is a car service station. Very friendly on site managers, police living in the complex and there is plenty of parking!Review from Apartments.com
