April 3, 2026I love the community and location. It’s the perfect place for someone that enjoys outdoor activities. You’re within walking distance of the Braves Stadium and The Battery, which has several restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and much more entertainment to choose from. There are nearby trails for you and your fur babies. Last comment I would mention is, the Reserve Leasing Office is always hosting various events for social engagement. I had to contact the courtesy officer several times for noise levels being too loud. He responded promptly and resolved the issue. The apartments are well made and very modern. Coffee and beverages and snacks oh my!
September 30, 2023This apartment is not like any other I’ve lived at. The amenities are great and the building is very nice, but the staff makes all the difference. It’s easy to like something if u have never had any issue, but I judge by how something goes when there are problems. The women in the office are some of the most professional and kind people period. They all seem to actually care about the residents and building. You can also tell they all get along and like working together. Knowing when mess hits ...the fan, Jeneen is going to do what’s in her power to fix it definitely makes it easy to renew each year. The new tech Anthony is such a nice guy. You can tell they take care when they hire! It’s always nice to stop by the office and see the snacks Cyndi has put out. I love calling the Reserve my home. The Starbucks coffee and fridge in the office don’t hurt either. Luxury living at its best.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely amazing
September 5, 2023I have been here for two years going on three, and have not felt more at home. The leasing agents Kylie and Megan, the Assistant Property Manager, Cyndi and the Property Manager, Jeneen all make you feel like family and so welcomed. Everything you want in a perfect cool and calm home experience they will provide you. They make sure all of your concerns are addressed and never make you feel a nuisance. They also throw amazing events that all can enjoy. The maintenance team, Craig, Anthony and ...Ricardo is just as amazing. All the request I have submitted have been handled in a timely manner and quickly. Let’s not forgot about Craig’s jokes! My 2 year old literally chooses and loves to walk through the leasing office because he finds so much joy. They are all wonderful and it only gets better.Property Manager Responded

The Best Apt Complex EVER
July 31, 2023I lived at the Reserve for a little under 3 years and can honestly say that this is the absolute best living experience I’ve ever had. The only reason I moved was because I decided to buy a home but if it weren’t for that I would definitely still be living there. The staff is super amazing and always timely with helping resolve issues. Megan, Kailee, Cyndy, and Jeneen are all top notch and really make this place feel like home. They are easily the best property management team around. The ...maintenance staff is just as awesome and always available to turn requests around as quickly as possible.
