I love the community and location. It’s the perfect place for someone that enjoys outdoor activities. You’re within walking distance of the Braves Stadium and The Battery, which has several restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and much more entertainment to choose from. There are nearby trails for you and your fur babies. Last comment I would mention is, the Reserve Leasing Office is always hosting various events for social engagement. Coming from a single family home back to apartment living, I have been amazed with how quiet this place is. The staff is amazing! Any repair request have been made within 2-24 hours. It’s located in a prime location. I would recommend this complex without hesitation!

We loved our stay at the Reserve at the Ballpark. The staff was very kind and courteous at all times. Whenever I made a maintenance call, the staff was there within 24 hours. I had to contact the courtesy officer several times for noise levels being too loud. He responded promptly and resolved the issue. The apartments are well made and very modern. Great place to stay!

I’ve lived here since the property opened and continue to enjoy my apartment and in particular the current staff. Staff is personable, professional and responsive and I have seen how well they handle difficult situations and unreasonable residents. With the upcoming maintenance and upgrades this will be a halo property.

This apartment is not like any other I’ve lived at. The amenities are great and the building is very nice, but the staff makes all the difference. It’s easy to like something if u have never had any issue, but I judge by how something goes when there are problems. The women in the office are some of the most professional and kind people period. They all seem to actually care about the residents and building. You can also tell they all get along and like working together. Knowing when mess hits ...
the fan, Jeneen is going to do what’s in her power to fix it definitely makes it easy to renew each year. The new tech Anthony is such a nice guy. You can tell they take care when they hire! It’s always nice to stop by the office and see the snacks Cyndi has put out. I love calling the Reserve my home. The Starbucks coffee and fridge in the office don’t hurt either. Luxury living at its best.

Really love living here at the Reserve at the Ballpark! The entire staff Jeneen, Cyndi, Kylie , Megan , Ricardo, Craig and Anthony are amazing when it comes handling your housing needs and more ! They are truly genuine great people all around ! You definitely wouldn’t regret living here. Love how it’s close to the battery and the ballpark have events throughout the year to get to know everyone !
