    I love the kitchen looks and the bedroom & the bathroom but them prices ani’t worth for the moving in at all and Monroe doesn’t even makes that kind of money well not some of us.. It’s just ridiculous for them prices to be that high

    These apts aren’t worth the money. They are on the smaller side. Walls are thin. The bathrooms don’t even have walk in showers it’s 2024. DONT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

    The apartments are really small for the price. Every year they go up on rent and other fees. The walls and ceiling are super thin, you can hear your next door neighbors conversations and foot steps from your upstairs neighbors. Burglars have busted windows to multiple cars, management doesn’t have any cameras outside to help apprehend them.

This is a rare occurrence in our peaceful community, but please know we take our resident's safety very seriously.     Terrible experience. Staff is lazy, management and corporate do not care. Not cleaned, pool always nasty and green, will not hire proper employees to clean correctly, never change air filters or spray for pest control. Way too pricey for the type of environment living in.
