    I love where I live. As one of the first residents ever to move in, I truly dont ever want to move out. The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are ALWAYS spot on and deliver the exact same day I have an issue. Always friends ALWAYS responsive. Im VERY happy with where I live... Lauren the manager is always on top of everything.. 5 star review!!!

    I feel that when I moved in, there was a more positive community. The neighbors were all amazing and nice. Since around the pandemic, we?ve had negative experiences with neighbors being noisy, people smoking weed around the building, people taking stuff from the gym, etc. We?ve even had a situation where a neighbor was verbally aggressive towards my wife to the point where she actually came to the apartment in tears and somewhat angry and scared about the situation. Though the management team ...
    tries to be courteous and address what they can, I feel that something about the community has changed. When I evaluate the price point charged for an apartment today vs the experience I?ve been having, I can?t wholeheartedly recommend the building to my friends without bringing up these negative factors.

She made sure everything in the apartment would be up to date and fixed between my move in inspection and move in date.
