      Very responsive staff and a great place to live. The gym is newly renovated and super convenient, only issue is it gets way too hot in the winter with the heat on. Community is very well maintained and there are many opportunities to get to know your neighbors at club house events… although many are on Friday mornings which can be challenging to attend. Overall a wonderful community under great management.

      I’ve lived at The Residences At Little River for 4 years now. One of my favorite additions here is the community pool. The pool is always very well kept and there is a lifeguard there at all times.

      I love my apartment, it’s so peaceful and cozy here. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient and super close to the highway.
