    Management is non-existent and will place unparented kids above you to stomp and jump on the poorly constructed floors above. They made a move to install laminate floors throughout without a construction that keeps noise down. The effect is like living under a drumskin. The landscaping is well kept, but who cares when you have to live by your neighbor above's schedule, even leaving to get peace.

    The Residence at Marina Bay is a great place to live with luxury 1-3 bedroom apartments. It is right on Lake Murray with the restaurant Liberty on the Lake right at your back door. There are activities for everyone (including children and pets!) It is like living at a resort with a true sense of community. There is a fitness center, movie theater, heated pool, cabanas, gas grills, a fire pit, and much more! Located in a great school district. Close to dining, shopping, and only about 20 minutes ...
