March 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhere do I begin. This place is probably the worst place I’ve ever lived in. When I moved in, the maintenance and management was fantastic. But then there were two fatal shootings within feet of where I lay my head to sleep in the same week. After that, everyone on staff that I worked with left and they started contracting out the work until they found maintenance staff. In this time they accumulated hundreds of requests that were just piling up. These replacements were very nice and competent, ...they just were over worked and the management above them were not doing them any favors. Multiple times I was awoken in the middle of the night to domestic abuse, and once someone started beating up on their S/O in the parking lot in broad daylight. On top of the safety concerns outside of the apartment and the poor management, there was a huge mold problem throughout the entire time I lived there. The windows, doors, and inside the spray-spackled drywall was infested with mold. It has been nearly two years since I lived here and I am still recovering from the damage this did to my health and finances. I had a brain scan and multiple labs done to figure out why I was so sick all of the time until I ran out of money. We had to beg to get out of our lease. The health department was inside our residence more than the maintenance, we knew them by name. Finally, after three months of court cases that the health department submitted, we were given the opportunity to pay them the entirety of what was due in our final two months of rent so our health could recover. I have never been happier when I was able to leave this place and never look back. If you value your life, do not live here.Read More

If you work from home, or your a student trying to study, or simply wanting to relax in the confines of your own home these apartments are definitely NOT FOR YOU!! THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS VICIOUS DOGS LIKE PIT BULLS WELL OVER THE 30 POUND WEIGHT LIMIT!!! I Have been dealing with loud music and a BARKING DOG AS WELL AS EXTREMLY LOUD UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS FOR ALMOST 4months!!! I contacted the office numerous times and they tell me they will ...deal with it, nothing has been resolved!!! I even reached out to Buckingham Co. and no response!! Poor Management
October 4, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe management is a complete joke here. They lose paperwork all of the time and act like it is the tenant's fault. They owe me money. I have it in writing from the manager, yet management still refuses to pay it to me. I am not the only tenant with this problem. Management is absolutely rude. Great Place to Live
April 18, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here was my first apartment experience. Lived in a two bedroom and the rent was very reasonable. I drive downtown every-morning for work and it is only about an eight to ten minute drive. Super close to downtown and has a nearby Walmart on Michigan St that is very convenient too! The apartment complex itself is in a good area, has an entrance gate that at least once a month gets damaged by cars not paying attention, but it always gets replaced rather quickly. Parking is tight, and there ...are few visitor spots to park in, but you can get a pass from the office so your visitors won't get towed. Towing is frequent here. They do not mess around and I have overheard many altercations of someones car getting taken away because they didn't have a visitors pass or they parked in a handicap spot without a proper pass for that. If you do decide to live here, just stay on top of where you and your visitors park because you might walk out into the parking lot and not find your car. It is not difficult to avoid at all, I promise I have had no problems with parking. The pool is nice and has a lot of space in and around it. The work out center is kinda small but they made the best out of what they could. It recently got renovated and is easy to access and use. The office staff is extremely professional and helpful. The Maintenance staff is also very similar. They are timely, polite, and efficient. Our dishwasher was not working and so we called maintenance. They spent a long time on it and determined that a contractor needed to be called. They took it apart and found a piece of glass inside that broke off one of our cups. A big issue was fixed within a week! The apartment itself is very nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and the living room and kitchen provide enough space as well. The stove was a little old. We had an apartment with a newer dishwasher. Each apartment also has its own washer and dryer. Ours probably needed some work done to it but it got the job done. I never was able to hear noise from other floors or apartments. However, I could hear about everything that went on outside. Overall, this is a great place to live. I think the most important thing is that any problem you have, will get sorted out in a timely fashion.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Nice, but...
December 29, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, this is a nice place to live. It checks all the boxes on amenities, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. However, it is clear that whoever built the apartments was very cheap. There is a dishwasher, but it only works if you've already rinsed the dishes perfectly clean. There is a sink disposal, but it shakes the entire kitchen and roars when you use it. There are big windows, but they are very thin and not sealed well. Heating bills are $100 . There is a pool, but it's not ...heated and always freezing. There is a gym, but it's not heated. The buildings are tucked away from the Main Street and the gated parking lots are a plus. The apartment itself is older, but offers plenty of storage space with numerous big closets and extra storage on the deck/patio. Also apartments have a good functional layout. Maintenance and office staff are both quick and courteous. Anytime I have needed something fixed they ...respond immediately.
