Resident at the COR - Ramsey MN
August 28, 2024I have been residing at the Residence of the COR for approximately 5 months! I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about this complex!! I love LACEY and JENNIFER -building management. They BOTH have great business acumen! They're both super friendly, easy to talk to, and exhibit a great spirit about them! Although I communicated MINOR issues, they have been addressed quickly! VAL the maintenance person is very nice! I'm looking forward to my continued stay here at the ROC! Lovely Flats

May 23, 2019Been here a few months. Have no complaints. Staff is friendly and reliable. Hallways are clean and smell clean! Easy access to office, mail and trash locations. May 17, 2019I've lived at the COR for about 6 years. Office personnel, cleaning and maintenance staff are always willing to listen, work with tenants or address potential concerns.
