August 28, 2024I have been residing at the Residence of the COR for approximately 5 months! I have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about this complex!! I love LACEY and JENNIFER -building management. They BOTH have great business acumen! They're both super friendly, easy to talk to, and exhibit a great spirit about them! Lovely Flats

May 17, 2019I've lived at the COR for about 6 years. Office personnel, cleaning and maintenance staff are always willing to listen, work with tenants or address potential concerns.
