February 7, 2025Bear Tree Residences has been great thus far, aside from a few quality issues within our home. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this, because it's nothing major and I understand that issues arise with new builds, but there have been enough that I'm willing to knock back a star. January 2, 2025It's one of the best places we've ever lived at! Staff are tentative about any issues that arise, making the move-in process easy for us. The dog park on location is extremely beneficial to our pups and allows them to socialize with other dogs.
