    Wish trash areas were easier to access. The community otherwise is set up well. I love my apartment. I do think it would be nice to have so signs in the garage area for door exits and where the elevator is at.

    This is a very comfortable living space. I really appreciate the tall ceilings, the stainless steel kitchen with a large pantry. Nice and close to parks and walking trails, a great family friendly community.

    Bear Tree Residences has been great thus far, aside from a few quality issues within our home. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this, because it's nothing major and I understand that issues arise with new builds, but there have been enough that I'm willing to knock back a star. Maintenance has been great and management has been wonderful!

    Great location, right off of HWY 51 for easy access to Madison. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Quick-responding and nice managers and maintenance requests. I have a good view. A community area or gym would be a nice addition.

    The landlords here at Beartree are lovely. They feel more like family than money hungry landlords. I feel like they sincerely care about the property, the individual apartments, and the family of tenants that live here. I think that they are proud of the Beartree property that they represent.     It's one of the best places we've ever lived at! Staff are tentative about any issues that arise, making the move-in process easy for us. The dog park on location is extremely beneficial to our pups and allows them to socialize with other dogs. The area is perfect as it is so easy to access all of Dane County but also has that small-town feel.
