Wish trash areas were easier to access. The community otherwise is set up well. I love my apartment. I do think it would be nice to have so signs in the garage area for door exits and where the elevator is at.

Bear Tree Residences has been great thus far, aside from a few quality issues within our home. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this, because it's nothing major and I understand that issues arise with new builds, but there have been enough that I'm willing to knock back a star. Maintenance has been great and management has been wonderful!

It's one of the best places we've ever lived at! Staff are tentative about any issues that arise, making the move-in process easy for us. The dog park on location is extremely beneficial to our pups and allows them to socialize with other dogs. The area is perfect as it is so easy to access all of Dane County but also has that small-town feel.
