Its slightly tucked away from the rest of lees summit and is mostly a pretty quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. A short drive away is the rest of the city as well as KC proper. The maintenance is always fast to respond to all my needs. Amanda the community manager has been there the entire time I have lived here. It's nice when you go to the office everyone knows you. January 8, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLooks attractive from the outside, but disappointingly relaxed in the "no smoking" portion of community guidelines. No class. Additionally, the buildings are constructed internally as doll houses.
Not safe.
February 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comToo many safety concerns now. Fire alarms that go off without an actual fire...multiple times. No one trusts the alarms anymore, because they’ve gone off so many times. Crime that gets lied about by Kandi. If you actually value your safety, look elsewhere.
