Nice little community
September 16, 2025I really like the New Longview area. Its slightly tucked away from the rest of lees summit and is mostly a pretty quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. A short drive away is the rest of the city as well as KC proper. They put on events every couple of weeks and often have food trucks in the parking lotProperty Manager Responded

Amazing staff!!
July 29, 2024I have lived at Residences for years and so does my son and his wife in a different unit. It makes things very convenient having my family close. Maintenance and office go above and beyond for anything I ask. They have helped me with my internet issues and they are not even my cable company. Penthouse
May 15, 2024The penthouse apartment I rent is amazing! The best views of the sunrise/sunset. The courtyard is where I take my daily walks. Office and maintenance are so nice. 7 year resident!!
February 22, 2024I have called Residences home for over 7 years. I am finally leaving because I purchased a home but I am sad to leave this place. The maintenance is always fast to respond to all my needs. Amanda the community manager has been there the entire time I have lived here. It's nice when you go to the office everyone knows you.
