Beautiful building with a construction site next door
August 15, 2024When I first moved in I loved this place. The lobby, the amenities, the views, the friendly atmosphere. It was perfect. Then shortly after the draft they broke ground on what they originally told me was going to be restaurants and a green space. They are building a 25 story hotel to the East of this building. Goodbye privacy and amazing views. Construction begins at 7:00AM sharp Monday-Saturday. There is no quiet time if you work from home. It is loud even from the 19th floor. The road is going ...to constantly be covered in mud and dirt from the construction site next door. If you have a nicer car get ready for it to get damaged. The nearest parking garage is currently at Huntington Place for the valet. Expect long wait times to get your car. That’s as long as the valet doesn’t disappear all together. The rooftop/shared space is regularly reserved and not accessible to the other tenants. Building events are full of non residents and residents are limited on the amount of guests they can bring. I’m over it. Don’t buy into the hype. There are much better options without having to hear a live construction site every day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
