    They need to renovate so bad I had mold in my home…. I had leaks in my ceiling. Roachs even though I kept my home very clean. My neighbor got her car broken into and the apartment complex did nothing. There was 2 shootouts when I stayed there. Worst place to stay period. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

    This place has been through a lot of different management companies. But the current manager/assistant manager will do everything they can to help. While they can’t stop the smoking or whatever they do stick by what they say. Everybody has a different opinion but if you talk to them they will come up or at least try to come up with a solution to whatever the situation is and work with you. I personally would like to thank Jodie and JaNae for everything! You guys are the best!

    If you don’t mind smelling cigarettes and weed smoke throughout your apartment then this is the place for you. The scent will even be in your clothes. Your energy bill will be extremely high because the installation is terrible. It’s hot in the summer and cold during winter. Spend your money elsewhere and not here! Trust the reviews!

    The management is the worst they lie and say their going to fix things but NEVER do. There’s a serious trash issue that’s going to cause the complex to be ran over with rodents they don’t have enough dumpsters here. There’s a huge problem with mold and mildew and water damage which they do nothing about, everything is out of date stove, refrigerator, light fixtures, faucets etc. This place should be condemned and remodeled and ran by a different company that care about the community…

    Never in my life have I moved into an apartment that was half way done!!! I tried my best to think positively about this apartment community prior to moving here even after I saw that the reviews are terrible. Due to time restraints, I had no choice but to sign a lease here. Upon moving in there were a number of things broken in the apartment that either needed to be repaired or fixed. I never understood how a management company would be proud to allow a new resident to move into a unit with no ...
    AC/Heating system operable. I've been blamed by maintenance and Ashley who is the Property manager (who also is NEVER on the property) that I would be fined if maintenance had to continue coming out for the same issue - which by the way the issue was never an issue that I created. This apartment hasn't been maintained since the prior resident lived here. Since living here I have had to come out of pocket myself to repair Outlets/Plugs, Light Fixtures, and Door Locks. Unacceptable! Please do better by the residents of this community.

    I moved in and my unit was not ready and I kept getting different excuses and My apartment still not done and I feel they don’t care. Terrible Management for the amount of rent I’m paying for like why is rent so high and nothing gets fixed or no sense of urgency to complete things that should have been done before a tenant moves in.

    Visited the main office and the staff was very friendly but their helpfulness is non-existent. Showed me a unit that I was very interested in. They said they would email me the paperwork and never did. They were supposed to tell me when the unit was ready to be toured, never did. I had asked about handicap availability and was made assurances about helping in that regard. Contacts them this morning only to learn that they rented the unit. Then also renigged on the promises regarding handicap ...
    assistance. I would definitely not recommend these folks to anyone. If this is the kind of treatment I receive as a perspective renter, no telling what kind of treatment I get after signing a lease.
