Love our new place
May 16, 2023We recently moved to a 2 bedroom apartment at the Wedgwood building. The building is very quiet, incredibly soundproof and very well insulated. All the public areas are very clean. The floor plan works perfectly for us with a large size bedroom and a second bedroom as an office. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances, spacious bathrooms. Fabulous Place to Live
March 25, 2023I love living here! I’m steps away from walks/bike rides on the Monon, concerts at the Palladium, plays at the Tarkington, spin classes at InCycle, lots of restaurants and shopping. The apartments are quiet and beautiful. Awesome place to live

Nice place to live

Love this place!
August 26, 2022Great location - 50 yards from the Monon and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping. The property is meticulously maintained and the office staff is very friendly and genuine. Quality, Quality, Quality!
December 30, 2021I moved to the Residences at City Center thinking it would be a temporary situation during a transition in my life and have been here for seven years. I have lived in three different units and the quality is second to none. My girlfriend lived in a competing property near by and the quality difference is night and day. Not at all for family with young kids
June 20, 2016First of all, this apt is not at suitable for young kids.It does'nt have park, swimming pool.Infact, the Monson trail behind, no kids at all.I went mad for 1 yr with my only child to engage her.Only for retired community & bachelors.For last 1 yr she was the only child going to school from this apt ,unbelievable.Review from Apartments.com
