Well Maintained Property in Buckhead
March 13, 2026If you are looking for a well-maintained, clean, friendly complex with everything convenient around it then this is for you! I love living here. All my neighbors are friendly and pretty respectful/quiet. It's a sweet little community here. The manager, Helen, is great and truly cares about everyone. I really appreciate her. The maintenance team is also kind and gets things fixed. I haven't had any problems here. Theres lots of parking and its very well-kept place to live in, especially for ...Buckhead. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the office manager lefts some packages for me in the hallway of a building that can only be accessed by residences and they were stolen within an hour. February 8, 2025I like living here but I wish there were trash chutes in the building, that they collected trash every day, and that my building wasn't so close to Roswell Road (or at least that the sound of cars driving by wasn't so loud).Property Manager Responded

I hope that your will find our valet trash service that is 5 days a week more sanitary then a trash chutes. This service does help control with cleanliness, odor and pest issues. We honestly feel that with only having 4 floors this is the best service to offer. Please feel free to stop in and speak with me regarding the location of your apartment you picked out. Peaceful + Good Management
December 2, 2024The complex is simple, safe and quiet (and attracts a similar type of neighbor). I was scared to death to move into an apartment because I had never lived in one. Management made it so easy -- Helen was beyond helpful and she never made me feel like an inconvenience or "just one of the numbers." I'm going on year 3 and renewing was a no-brainer. As a bonus, we are walkable to the Blue Heron which is a hidden gem in Buckhead.... to wrap it up.... Nature and nice people await you!Property Manager Responded
