Just Ok
June 4, 2019Good things: The largest apartments you can get in this area for the price range. Management is friendly and helpful. Bad things: They allow dogs but are not really dog friendly. The walls are paper thin so if your dog barks or runs around at all inside you will likely get a noise complaint. Also there is nowhere nice to walk around with them outside. If you live in a unit near the shopping center you will hear alarms constantly. Also they have a serious bug problem. They have been trying to ...manage it with cleanliness inspections and spraying but it’s so bad I think they’re going to have to empty the building and fumigate it cause nothing else is helping.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2018I love living in RER!!! Very nice area and good restaurants and fast food! Quiet! A bit pricey for not being upgraded... LAURA AWESOME!!!!! You really don’t meet genuine people like her! Miranda seems very aggravated all the time? As a manager myself I would NEVER give off that type of energy to my residents. Don’t waist your time, find somewhere nice to live
July 6, 2018This place is one of the nastiest residence I have ever lived in. Not just the building but the staff as well. I have been complaining of an infestation of cockroaches for the last year, and yes they have come around to spray but litterally it has done nothing, and the property has chosen to do nothing about it either. March 15, 2018I've been here for a little over a year they're very great with maintenance request someone is usually out to fix it the next day and the management is very great they're really down to earth. you'll love it there.
