Good things: The largest apartments you can get in this area for the price range. Management is friendly and helpful.
Bad things: They allow dogs but are not really dog friendly. The walls are paper thin so if your dog barks or runs around at all inside you will likely get a noise complaint. Also there is nowhere nice to walk around with them outside.
If you live in a unit near the shopping center you will hear alarms constantly.
Also they have a serious bug problem. They have been trying to ...
manage it with cleanliness inspections and spraying but it’s so bad I think they’re going to have to empty the building and fumigate it cause nothing else is helping.

I love living in RER!!! Very nice area and good restaurants and fast food! Quiet! A bit pricey for not being upgraded... LAURA AWESOME!!!!! You really don’t meet genuine people like her! Miranda seems very aggravated all the time? As a manager myself I would NEVER give off that type of energy to my residents. Maintenance is pretty darn awesome. Just would like Up to date appliances I’m paying a lot of money why not?

This place is one of the nastiest residence I have ever lived in. Not just the building but the staff as well. I have been complaining of an infestation of cockroaches for the last year, and yes they have come around to spray but litterally it has done nothing, and the property has chosen to do nothing about it either. Living here has been a very large regret. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. Find a nicer place to live

Mirand and Laura have been excoetional to my mother and I. This has been by far the BEST rental experiance that we have ever experianced! They are always very professional and pleasant. I've been here for a little over a year they're very great with maintenance request someone is usually out to fix it the next day and the management is very great they're really down to earth. you'll love it there. P.S during the college football season they invited everybody out to watch the osu game on a big screen and served food there as well. What a great complex to live in.
