It is very quiet and makes you feel like you are living in the country with the city nearby. Brenda is great and listens to all the residents and Dwyane is great with maintenance. It is one of the friendliest communities I have lived in. These are beautiful modern homes. Monthly community events are well planed and so much fun and also a great way to meet your neighbors. The apartment was ready to move in when they said it would be. The clubhouse is always clean and the grounds are immaculate. The property is tucked away from the main drag in the middle of the woods with a quaint little pond. The agent who greeted us,Passion, did a wonderful job and gave my mother and I a very thorough and knowledgeable tour.
