Seriously blown away!
August 15, 2025I was apartment hunting in Jacksonville and honestly dreading the whole process. Then I met Emely and everything changed. She really knows her stuff! She didn’t just show me units, she actually listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect match. What really impressed me was how she handled everything - super professional but also genuinely nice. Even after I moved in, she’s been amazing. Like, I had questions during the holidays (felt bad even asking) but she got back to me right ...away with a smile. That’s rare these days! The place itself is incredible. I mean, less than 7 minutes to the beach? And literally around the corner from Mayo Clinic which is perfect for my work. The amenities are top-notch and my apartment feels like something out of a design magazine. But honestly, what makes this place special is the community vibe. Emely puts together these events that actually bring people together - not just random stuff thrown together. You can tell she really cares about making this more than just a place to live. May 22, 2025We were here 13 months, and the place was wonderful. The staff is amazing, the property is generally very clean and well kept. There were the standard maintenance issue (washing machine broke) but the maintenance manger was quick and cordial. Best apartment i've had.Property Manager Responded

Poor customer service and quality of construction
March 13, 2025I regret to say that our experience living at this property for 13 months was highly disappointing. The construction quality was rushed and subpar, resulting in several issues throughout our time there. For example, the closet racks were improperly measured, which made them inefficient and difficult to use. We paid to have a handyman fix the main closet because we were offered no other solution at the time of move in. The cabinetry was poorly painted, with noticeable splotches. These were just a ...few of the ongoing problems we encountered. In addition, we experienced significant issues with cigarette smoke infiltrating our apartment due to nearby units being rented out as Airbnbs. Despite multiple complaints to the maintenance and office staff, we were met with little more than gaslighting and no effective resolution. At the conclusion of our lease, we attempted to resolve discrepancies in our move-out bill, particularly regarding charges for what appears to be low-quality carpeting. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails and attempts to clarify the situation, we received no response from the administrative staff at Enso. To make matters worse, the issue was escalated to collections, even though we believe the charges were incorrectly calculated. We would be willing to settle the matter if the charges were accurately assessed, but given the lack of transparency and poor communication, we are left frustrated and disappointed by our experience here.Property Manager Responded
