To begin with, the property manager- Ms. Shah, was absolutely amazing! Her inviting personality and knowledge of the property put me at ease. What stood out to me, was the fact that she did not relegate the tour to a subordinate, but showed us around herself. The amenities checked all my non-negotiable boxes and even answerd my prayers: immaculate,modern and spacious units (they even ...had a gym, hot tub and sauna). Thank you Jesus!!! After the tour, she offered us refreshments, continued to engage me by email, answered my many questions and helped me explore all my options. November 6, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWas an amazing place to live under the original management when I moved there 5 years ago. Now it’s impossible to find parking and the new management is really difficult to deal with. I would search around at other options. If you decide to live here, be prepared for unreasonable move-out charges. I couldn’t have left the apartment in a more perfect condition, but they still nitpicked every little detail and charged me. Make sure to leave it like a brand new place when you move out. I paid it bc ...they threatened to send me to collections just when I was politely challenging the charges. I don’t need my credit ruined, but it made me really sad that I was treated that way. Search around before you move here. There’s better options now. Everytime there is a maintenance need to be fixed, you never have to wait more than a few hours for it to be done. Our washing machine was leaking on a Sunday night around 9 pm, I left a message with the office voicemail. By Monday morning Roger one of the guys in maintenance was at our door ready to fix it. I was very impressed at the effort that went into connecting the residents to businesses in the community. A staff member by the name of Maria was in charge of the event.
