March 12, 2025I 've been on several tours in this area in the past six months, but must say I have never been more impressed. To begin with, the property manager- Ms. Shah, was absolutely amazing! Her inviting personality and knowledge of the property put me at ease. What stood out to me, was the fact that she did not relegate the tour to a subordinate, but showed us around herself. The amenities checked all my non-negotiable boxes and even answerd my prayers: immaculate,modern and spacious units (they even ...had a gym, hot tub and sauna). Thank you Jesus!!! After the tour, she offered us refreshments, continued to engage me by email, answered my many questions and helped me explore all my options. November 6, 2024Was an amazing place to live under the original management when I moved there 5 years ago. Now it’s impossible to find parking and the new management is really difficult to deal with. I would search around at other options. If you decide to live here, be prepared for unreasonable move-out charges. I couldn’t have left the apartment in a more perfect condition, but they still nitpicked every little detail and charged me. Make sure to leave it like a brand new place when you move out. I paid it bc ...they threatened to send me to collections just when I was politely challenging the charges. I don’t need my credit ruined, but it made me really sad that I was treated that way. Top Notch Service
September 25, 2024My husband and I have lived here over 6 years, when the complex just opened. Everytime there is a maintenance need to be fixed, you never have to wait more than a few hours for it to be done. Our washing machine was leaking on a Sunday night around 9 pm, I left a message with the office voicemail. By Monday morning Roger one of the guys in maintenance was at our door ready to fix it. He checked it, got the necessary part and in less than 30 minutes the machine was working like new. This is ...how all the calls are handled. A staff member by the name of Maria was in charge of the event. She went out of her way to make us guests comfortable and plugged in.
