I live at the Residence at the James. I moved in July 2023. Courtney and Raven made the transition very easy and were so helpful. Upon moving into this new build there were just 2 minor electrical issues which Josh Maintenance resolved the same day. The place is beautiful new build , and the walks and drives are clean with a 2-car garage attached to each apartment. It is one story with no one above or below. I never hear my neighbors. When I do see a neighbor while I am walking my dog, they are
...all so nice and friendly. Trash is picked up on Mondays via individual garbage cans so no unsightly trash bins. Recycling offered. The location is just minutes away from Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, fast food, gas, and restaurants. Dental and MDs are close mins. as well as Urgent Care. Downtown Canal Winchester has quaint little antique shops, a diner, and Harvest Moon supplements Cafe. About 1 2 mile there is a Church and a METRO Park with walking trails. Doggy Day cares are close by as well as VETS. Brewery and pubs, gyms and YMCA are all close by. The area is an Oasis and all your needs will be met by the community. Access to 33 and I70 is about 10 mins. I love living here and the one-story concept. Great choice for singles or families. You will not regret it A Great Place to Live
