October 5, 2025We just moved in, and if I could give a -5 stars I would. - floor plan not as promoted - unit was not move in ready - Agents are not helpful or responsive, multiple emails and calls ignored - extremely poor transition with door access. September 25, 2025My husband and I sold our home in July 2024. It was the place where we raised our two sons and had lived in for 36 years. But it was time to downsize as we had been empty nesters for a long time. The Residences was the only apartment complex we looked at and it was love at first sight. I really loved the Town Center look, the pretty park, and the location offered the mall across the street, a 15 minute drive to the medical center or our church, and was close to where one of my sons and his ...family lived. The location of the Apartment we chose was overlooking the park we took our dogs to everyday. It was perfect and we’ve been so happy here! The office management team is very attentive to any concerns or needs we might have, and are very nice. The maintenance crew is the very best and are very polite and professional. We’ve been here 11 months and hope to live here a very long time!Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living in this community so far. The property is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, modern, and very clean, which makes it feel like a luxury place to live. Overall, I think it’s a great and comfortable environment. That being said, I do believe there could be more attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness of the hallways and the elevators. It would also be very helpful if maintenance could regularly check the hallway doors, especially the ones that sometimes ...don’t close properly. This is important for safety. For example, the entrance door from the garage on the third floor has had an issue and hasn’t been closing for about two weeks now, which is a concern. I also think it would be great if there was a security guard or staff member to check the building daily, as this would provide more comfort and peace of mind for residents.Property Manager Responded

My Car Was Stolen From The Parking Garage
May 3, 2024From the moment I moved in, I've had issues. I have been here 6 months. The day I moved in there were holes in the wall in the bathroom and in the living room ceiling and paint overspray on everything (including the fire alarm which is a code violation)and the painters left equipment in the unit. Issues getting the blinds installed, kitchen cabinet coming off the wall, washing machine was broken before I moved in, ceiling fan, fire alarm issues in the entire complex going off for weeks, ...elevator broken, bugs in my bathroom and they wont spray the apartment because i have a pet, etc etc... issue after issue. MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THE PARKING GARAGE, the leasing office was not helpful or cooperative with me or the police. I have been waiting about two months now for the property management company to get in touch with me but they have not reached out at all. The adjacent shopping mall has rampant crime, I see windows busted out every weekend. Since before my car was stolen access to the property has been open, you need a fob in some areas to access the building but not in any location near my unit since they are BROKEN. The leasing office staff are friendly enough BUT has been under staffed and with the management company change it has been a nightmare. Nobody ever answers the phone if you call the leasing office and they leave the sign on the door saying they are giving a tour but I sat in the lobby for over half and hour the other day and a tour doesn't take that long. I will say the maintenance guy is very friendly and did his best to get things taken care of but still for the money I pay, I shouldn't be having issues like this. Not to mention the fact my car was stolen because security is a JOKE.Property Manager Responded
