December 30, 2025Very responsive staff and a great place to live. The gym is newly renovated and super convenient, only issue is it gets way too hot in the winter with the heat on. Community is very well maintained and there are many opportunities to get to know your neighbors at club house events… although many are on Friday mornings which can be challenging to attend. December 22, 2025I have lived at the Residences at Little River for almost eight years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The staff have always been friendly, understanding, and supportive, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. One of the things I appreciate most is the seasonal events—they have created beautiful core memories for my children that they will carry with them for a lifetime. We especially love the summers spent at the pool and the sense of community that comes from ...having friendly, respectful neighbors. I also value the structure and rules in place, as they help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
