November 2, 2024I was disappointed that the luggage cart's tire was flat. The other residents we met this morning recall the same experience. Our parking pass was not completely registered as per the parking attendant. She told us to go online.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2024A couple of things since my last rating: There has been increased (2 -> 4) EV charging stations available and they are much faster than the ones previously installed. They are also timed. This has been great and I feel that we are no longer fighting over the chargers. However; since my last review, there have been at least 2 car break-in events and thefts. I have had multiple colleagues who have had their car broken into and it seems to be a recurring issue since the inception of the apartment ...complex. The frequency of break-ins is unacceptable and it seems that PARC and the omni management do not have a grasp on how to handle the issue.Property Manager Responded
