October 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe management ignores you when there is an issue, or they just don't mind if other tenants are compromising your quality of basic living standards. The hallway carpets are filthy. The common area is clean but totally rundown. There is rarely a guard on duty.Property Manager Responded

October 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOverall the experience is great. The apartment is comfortable and the fellow residence are nice. The amenities are also very convenient. There are a few things that could make it even better. The hallways often smell like dogs, especially by the elevators. I wish I could buzz my guests up the elevator from my phone or give them a code. The clubhouse and pool/patio area for the residence is a decent area and space. However, it needs a face lift. Especially after going down to the pool area for ...the hotel guests. The hotel pool area is significantly more kept than the residence side and that seems backwards. New furniture on the residence side a different layout, an upgrade on the fire pit and outdoor furniture and more outdoor furniture is needed. August 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLove everyone I have met so far. The community is very welcoming and my experiences at the pool have been just as wonderful. One of the residents brought chairs over when most were already filled. We talked and laughed with them for most of the day. When you enter the lobby I have always been greeted with a smile and they are always there to assist should you have a question.Property Manager Responded
