Let me start off by saying that the location is unbeatable.
However, UDR is a huge corporation that cares about nothing more than collecting their check. They will nickel and dime you for everything under the sun. Consider that when you are moving to the Residences at Pacific City. I can't speak for their other locations.

When you're paying an immense amount of rent, the least you can expect is professional service and care. Unfortunately, you won't get that here unless you're willing to jump through hoops and bend over backwards for these corporate cogs.
