Poorly managed, run down, over priced

This place is an absolute dump. Moved in at the end of January, should’ve known it was going to be a disaster when their system was down and I couldn’t sign my lease electronically. The a/c has gone out 3 times since then, the pools are always “out of order”, the leasing office doesn’t respond to emails and if you go in when they are open they just have excuses about the facilities not working and how they don’t know why the property is so understaffed, they clearly do not care. trying to early terminate my lease to get out of this mess and I can’t get anyone at the property or the “regional manager” to return my calls or emails. My first email about the current issue was 16 days ago and the second was 10 days ago, now response so far, a simple response could’ve avoided this whole review but I hope this sets realistic expectations for anyone considering this poorly managed property.
