I breathe a sigh of relief when I enter the building because it is restful. I know I am home. I have never lived in such a large building and was not sure what to expect but it is all good. I feel a sense of local community and even one of my doctors lives on the same floor as me. The building is beautiful and well regarded in the community. People are impressed that I live here. It is a highly desirable place to live in downtown Portsmouth. Everything is convenient from the parking to the ...
shopping. And many restaurants within an easy stroll without getting in your car. The staff is friendly, helpful and hard working. They are all smiles and very respectful. The apartments are fresh and clean and well maintained. Access to the building is secure from the street and even packages are delivered straight to my door. It'a great place to live and work!

As soon as you walk arrive, the leasing/management office is so welcoming, with it's large windows to the outside and open office space separated by only glass walls, and represents the welcoming and safe environment the staff provides. The professional staff is the #1 reason to live at Portwalk/Aria.
