Amazing place
April 1, 2024Coming to Quarry Walk was a must. As soon as our tour was complete we could not wait to live here. From the amazing community rooms and roof top terrace to the shops and activities close by. This place is a must. The amazing staff and grounds crew here are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They are amazing. Anybody looking for a place has to come here to experience it. I recommend it.Property Manager Responded

Comfort & Convenience
January 11, 2024Quarry Walk Residences have everything I need and more. It's a beautiful complex that accommodates to people of all ages. Community spaces are well maintained and the apartments themselves are spacious and nicely designed. The convenience of having many great shops within walking distance increases the value of living in such a community as well. Overall, the Residences at Quarry Walk can be the ideal home for many. Sometimes feel like I’m on vacation!
May 11, 2023QW has it all! A spacious apartment, all new appliances, clean, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Not only do we have a gym, fire pits, club house, rooftop deck, pool table, bocci and more, but we can walk to just about everything! Mkt 32 is by far the best grocery in the area! Liquor store, nail and hair salon, excellent restaurants, boutiques, pet shop, toy store, walking path, dog park and much, much more. I have lived here almost a year ...and have already renewed my lease. QW is a life changer for so many. Residents are young and old, friendly, helpful, and fun! Beautiful grounds
May 11, 2023Great community here from ownership, wonderful staff, the residents, to the beautiful well maintained property. The convenience of grocery shopping to going out for a nice dinner just steps away no need for a car! The Owner Tom is one of the nicest people in town and it falls down the line to his wonderful friendly and cheerful staff. Thank you Tom, Kathy, Shannon and Ralph for making me feel at home here. I have dealt with Shannon daily with questions and needs and wow what a great person always ...smiling and cheerful makes walking into the building so easy. Shannon is so easy going and always available for help if you’re interested give her a call such a pleasure to work with. Ralph thanks for the words of wisdom when I lost my home to a fire and you prayed for me god bless. Ralph is always there when you have a problem and is happy to assist any of your problems with a smile. Tom and Kathy thanks for the kindness of getting my family with 2 small children a warm place to stay immediately when I lost my home God bless this community. I would recommend anyone to live here such a clean and friendly environment and the upkeep of the property is top notch. Not only is Oxford the best town in the state this place is top notch! Made a ton of friends meet in the community room to play pool and have some drinks and food to bringing my kids biking and scootering all over the property and great paved walking trail. The dog park is beautiful and the rooftop deck is amazing!!
