April 12, 2023Overall decent. Very clean, ‘mostly’ friendly neighbors. When I first moved in, I had an awful neighbor who would blare music against my bedroom wall you could hear every conversation. I spoke with her multiple times to be quiet finally called the cops after 3rd time. (Soon after she was evicted after not being to afford it) Thankfully my neighbors been fine since! You can hear dogs barking while in the hallway. Otherwise great maintenance, beautiful units themselves. Amenities are great. They ...are putting in a pool that I will not be experiencing but looks good! Downfall is they changed parking rules and they don’t have much visitor parking. City cleaned out the homeless behind the building. And the neighbors in the houses are a little loud if you can deal with them. Just about 15 min walk to court Ave and can even get to east village on a nice stroll! Washer and dryer are good! They definitely keep things good around here. I would be staying if didn’t have other plans with significant other!Property Manager Responded

Bad Communication
October 19, 2022I am currently a residence at Residences at Riverview. I have lived there for over a year now and they recently towed my car without proper notice. I needed a parking pass, but the only notice was a note on my door which I never received. There was no email, call, flyer, or anything in my mailbox. I went out to the parking lot and my car was gone. They did not work with me to help cover the costs and was unhelpful throughout the process. If you chose to live here, it's a good place to live, but ...be on your toes because the communication between management and residences is inadequate.Property Manager Responded
November 2, 2022As we continue to grow to the very best community we can be, our on-site team often relies on the feedback of the community in order to better our procedures. While I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that was caused while enforcing recent changes, I want to assure you that the updated parking pass policy was made for the benefit of all lease holders. We’ve received substantial feedback from the community regarding available parking spaced, so parking tags and enforced towing have been added to our community policies. I do hope you may experience a positive change going forward with the added available reserved parking for residents!
