April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt’s been wonderful living here. We just renewed our lease last winter because we can’t imagine anywhere else. We feel safe and comfortable in this community. The only downside is limited parking and neighbors who don’t clean up behind their pets. Otherwise the grounds are kept beautiful, maintenance is thorough, and the leasing office staff are welcoming and warm.

April 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe noise from the trash was a pain point, but somehow, it’s gotten better. So long as that continues, this place gets 5 stars! Communication is good. Maintenance is good. We now have an Amazon locker, so that’s good. It’s in a convenient location and I feel safe! Good pick if you’re looking for a place in this area.Property Manager Responded

The care everyone has of the maintenance of the property is great. The four stars is due because of the construction as the steps from the above apartment, and i have received complaints from stumps.
