March 25, 2026The experience living here has been great, cant really complain, the multiple amenities available are an improvement to quality of life. The care everyone has of the maintenance of the property is great. The four stars is due because of the construction as the steps from the above apartment, and i have received complaints from stumps. The property is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed, which made settling in smooth and stress-free. The staff has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication from management is clear and helpful. January 20, 2026This is an overall great place to live! The only two complaints I have are about the parking situation and the mail room. There seems to never be enough parking even with the overflow parking lot being used. There are several cars who are parked where they’re not supposed to.The mail room is often very packed and very hard to find the things you’re looking for.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2025As the community continues to grow, parking has become a huge challenge. Enforcement of the park rules is paramount, especially thought parking along curbs, etc in the parking lots. I was unable to get out of my "legal" parking spot on the front lot one morning because cars were lined up along the curb. Reminder about picking up after your pets would be good as well.
