Overall I would give a very good rating for this community. The main reason for this rating is Karen, the property manager, and her team. They are extremely helpful and on top of things. I have never waited for a long response if I have had a work order.
The community is nice, quiet, and clean. Do you have granite and stainless steel which you would expect for the price point, no. But the units are nice, good carpeting, and energy efficient.
Things outside of the property manager’s control that ...
fall upon the company ownership:
The community could use a bit of a refresher. The pale yellow and hunter green combination is reminiscent of the 80s and 90s and looks dated compared to newer communities that are staying up with the times.
The parking lot isn’t too bad yet but will need replaced in the next year based upon the rent price point of the community.
Overall this is a great community to look at and the location can’t be beat.

We had a problem with our refrigerator making noises. Shawn and David came by, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part in no time. What really impressed me was their great attitude and professionalism. It was a relief to have our noisey problem fixed and even better to meet theses two fine gentlemen. It is a good feeling to know we can call on maintenance and get one or both of these guys.

This is by far the best property I have lived at. I moved here from KY on short notice and Karen made sure to help us with everything we needed! She is great and willing to help at all times! I have never had issues with the complex, and maintenance made sure to take care of everything in a days notice. It is a great location with a wonderful community. The complex itself is quiet, clean, has a gym, clubhouse area, and an amazingly relaxing and clean pool for summer. There are nearby grocery ...
stores, restaurants/bars, playgrounds and just a few minutes away from downtown Dublin as well as quick access to all of the main roads in the area. Definitely recommend this complex, and personally would continue to live here if I didn't have to move for school.

I also echo the previous review which said the new management is NASTY. The previous management was outstanding and very attentive and respectful. Then they left and the property brought in the D team, not the B team. We moved out of here a few months ago and just like the previous reviewer, they charged us for damages when there were NO DAMAGES! Forget about ever seeing your deposit back, they treat it as a free upgrade fund. It is too bad because the units are nice and the location is ...
great. However, the NASTY and CLASSLESS new management have ruined the whole property. Do not make the mistake of renting a unit here, look elsewhere. We found a nice unit with MORE square feet and LESS money per month and we were gone!

This is my second apartment here. I went from a 1br to a 2br with a garage when I got married. I love the vaulted ceilings and the new carpet in my apartment. When I needed a bigger apartment I decided to stay here because the maintenance staff and people in the office are fantastic. I've had to call maintenance just a couple times, but everything gets taken care of quickly and they're super professional and courteous about everything. I lived in this apartment for more than 2 years. Maintenance staffs are amazing and quick to fix. It is a nice community overall with nearby playing park for kids, grocery store, restaurant/bars. Couple of of my friends actually rented this place after I recommended. However, I recently vacated this place and I was shocked to see that they charged me about 6 hundred dollars not including my deposit for the damages which were not there. I had cleaned the whole place for 1 week and double checked ...
everything. There were no major damages expect for a damaged blind in a living room. I never had to go something like this during my other 3 apartment experience. The new manager is very mean, which my friends were complaining too. I do not recommend this place for that reason. It was a rip off
