Canal Place I was very pleased when calling in a potential plumbing issue in my apartment. The person taking the emergency line call was professional and courteous. Fortunately, i did not need to have my toilet serviced, but was very impressed with the level of service from the phone attendant.

Very good experience Very happy At Canal Place. Many great interactions with staff. Maintenance wonderful. Very spacious with a neighborhood feel.surrounded by nature and places to walk but also close to stores and restaurants.

Leak under kitchen sink fixed!! My garbage disposal stopped working which caused water backup and leaks. Maintenance was there the following day to fix the issue. There are no more leaks and my garbage disposal is fixed, very satisfied!!!
