AMAZING SERVICE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Jessica has done everything in her power to accommodate us and make our transition into The Manor smooth. June 12, 2022Christiaan and the rest of the staff cannot be beat. They have been so accommodating and compassionate to moving from out of state, well above the call of duty to make sure it was smooth and, most importantly, made sure I was safe during the transition. EASY PARKING AND WALK WAY
May 2, 2022This is home for me, i wanted to peaceful environment, no noise around, and they have wonderful staff. Very clean gym . Easy parking and walk way. Amazing staff. Tammy helped me get my apartment quick and was very professional. She was very patient and gave me all details i needed. GOOD staff AND GREAT apartments
April 18, 2022my experience at the residences at the manor has been amazing. the apartments are very clean and crisp. they are large and spacious and have great storage. the amenities are awesome. the pool is nice, the gym has everything you need, and they even have their own trash service that takes your trash from your door almost every night. the maintenance crew is nice and knowledgeable, and whenever you call they come. overall never had any issues. the complex is very nice. the staff that works in the ...office are awesome. very nice and very helpful. specifically Tammy. if you come, request for Tammy, she is very knowledgeable, and can help with almost anything. she made it a breeze for me and my significant other. this place is very nice. well-built, well maintained, and all-around a good place to rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
FRIENDLY STAFF & GREAT COMPLEX
April 18, 2022The team at the Residences at the Manor are the best and genuinely care about the renters. We loved our time here! The walking trail located only steps away from the apartments was convenient for walking our dog. My favorite amenity was the bark park! It was a great way to meet other neighbors and socialize my pup. The maintenance crew was very helpful during our stay here. They did routine check ins and were responsive when we had a work order. CONTINUOUSLY IMPRESSED
April 11, 2022Roughly 6 months in the property and anytime I have questions, concerns, or general inquiries Tammy has ALWAYS been there to help. Pros: Community seems generally quiet and to themselves, maintenance and staff are SUPER understanding and willing to help always, Location is directly behind the new Warehouse Cinemas' (we go literally once a week, practically walking distance) and just off 40. Sufficient living space for a family of 2 - 4. Cons: Some appliances feel out of date, and parking can be a ...mess if you're getting back later into the night. Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a temporary or permanent home in the area.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2022So me and my brother moved in this month (March 2022). Jessica helped us with the application and move in process. She was amazing and made it an easy and pleasant experience. May I add this is our 3rd time living here. It is a nice quiet community. It also has great amenities. So far me and my brother could not be happier to be living in this community again. EXTREMELY SATISFIED TENANT
February 28, 2022I am extremely satisfied with the time I've spent at Residences at the Manor. I moved here in April 2021 and absolutely love the apartment complex. It has everything I need and is a great location with several recreational opportunities and eating establishments in walking distance. The moving-in process was very easy, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only thing I would change or that I feel like could be better is the parking.
