Residents must maintain renters insurance with at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage. We moved to 91 Sidney from a very large house with eleven rooms in 2004. We are very fortunate to live in one of the larger units facing University Park. We really appreciate the amount of space in our apartment, the wonderful ever-changing view from our apartment, including the changing colors of the seasons and the approaching storms and the drama they bring with them. Overall, our living experience at 91 Sidney remains stable very enjoyable. We recommend this experience to many of our friends ...
