Couple of apartments don't have AC
July 11, 2024AC broken for 3 weeks for more than 7 apartments during heat waves. Management aware and DID NOT DO A THING. Run, run for your life.Property Manager Responded

Nice location, horrible management
October 5, 2022Location of this apartment is pretty awesome, right next to the T stop and in between Southie and south end. Now for the bad: the management here is horrible. Turnover for the staff is through the roof, we’ve seen at least 5 people come and go within a year (big red flag). The apartment is pretty expensive since it’s “luxury” but everything is made cheaply. So many issues from day 1, everything breaks constantly. We have had numerous stents of having no hot water. They are horrible with ...communicating with residents on issues. Will not be staying here much longer.Property Manager Responded
