The Desert Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center is just next door. The Mayo Clinic is less than two miles away providing easy access to world class medical care. March 7, 2023Great location for food and entertainment but complex has aged and management/ownership don’t seem to be in any hurry to keep up or renovate. Complex can be on the noisy side but units are built solid. Technology is way behind other properties and could use a big upgrade like electronic locks, wifi thermostats, and cameras. I get the feeling Management spends as little as possible to keep property going. Also billing is a little suspect with a lot of hidden charges in month bill.Property Manager Responded

My car was stolen from the High Street residential parking space I pay for
January 10, 2023When I told the front office about it, they so far have only energy to make excuses as to why the gate isn’t fixed. I’m still waiting for somebody to utter any thing that sounds like concern for a tenants property here. I confirm also the property management is not at all keeping up with required maintenance. The Jacuzzi did not work for the first eight months and the security gate has not worked for one single day.Property Manager Responded
January 13, 2023Hi, We regret to hear that you had an unfortunate experience with your vehicle being stolen and am happy to know that the vehicle was recovered. We have been doing increased surveillance and sending out advisories to residents on best practices to secure their vehicles in the interim until the high speed gate is repaired in the coming week. The Jacuzzi is being maintained and has been in operation. As with any water based amenity the specialized equipment such as pumps and heaters can fail however we have been diligent in doing the preventative and replacement maintenance. Please feel free to contact the leasing office to address any concerns you may have.

December 21, 2022Maintenance of the property has gone from good to poor over the last year when rents have never been higher. Basic cleaning and maintenance is not getting done. We have made a concerted effort to do our routine cleans of all the common areas at the scheduled times. However if a resident has an accident outside of those times and we were not made aware then it should be caught at the next opportunity to clean or before if a resident puts in a service request or calls the office.
