August 3, 2025DO NOT RENT HERE. This complex switches utility billing providers without warning and racks up charges that they do not properly explain. They’ll send a vague “30-day notice” that sounds routine — but what they won’t tell you is that they’re moving to a shared billing system where your water/sewer bill depends on your neighbors’ usage, not your own. Instead of individual meters, they use a formula (RUBS) that divides the entire building’s water bill among tenants — meaning your charges can spike ...out of nowhere, even if you barely use water. The worst part? They won’t break this down or help you understand it. You’re just stuck. They make it seem affordable when you move in, but no one can sustain living here once the fees start piling up. Be warned — it’s not what it seems. (And they charge for every little thing)Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025I'm a 64 year old single female looking for an apartment in a quiet clean location with plenty amenities and the property met all my requirements. The staff was very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. I have a couple of more sites to visit, but this property is so far #1 on my list. Not Good Upkeep
June 7, 2025The property is not maintained well at all, always trash in walkways and stairs - the valet trash company leave scraps of trash throughout the breezeways and seems there is no grounds person that comes through to pickup property. which is disappointing that we have to pay for a trash service that leaves our living quarters in poor condition -trash and spilled liquid that trails through the walkways and down the stairs and the property has yet to pressure wash the grounds to at least help the ...situation. I'm embarrassed to even have visitors over because it looks gross. I hate to leave this review, as the units are really nice and the property itself is as well but the upkeep is poor. and the gates are broken and have been since i lived here, which has been about a year now.Property Manager Responded
