December 23, 2025Been here for a few years. Mostly All Good! The trash compactor , near a public street , is some times an eyesore that more centally located dumpsters MIGHT have been a better choice. Maintenance tries their best to keep it cleaned up and most residents comply , but it only takes a very few folks abusing the rules to cause a problem for everyone. March 6, 2025Some days abuse of the compactor becomes annoying , but it only takes a very few folks to make it harder on all of the rest of us. Some of the abuse is from outsiders I am sure because the compactor is so close to the public street.
