October 14, 2025Quick maintenance response time. Had a leak under sink and they fixed it and left me a report. Gym is decent quality and kept clean and dog park is always open.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2025Experience has been pleasant for the time I have been here. Outdoors person, i like when grass is cut regularly. Retired and single, I have enjoyed the peace of not having a lot of people standing around. Was not happy about the laundry at first because i came in when it was being changed over. Process has leveled out. I am still a little new so I have not had to call maintenance yet. Hope I maintain that absence.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2025Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.Property Manager Responded
