August 1, 2025Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.Review from Apartments.com

May 8, 2025Apartments are pretty old for what you're paying. Walls are paper thin. Wish they would be more serious about people picking up their trash. Office staff can be pretty rude, but I am not a confrontational person so I let it go. They have sent me 3 different schedules for pest control, and they haven't stuck to any of the schedules so people are keying into your apartment with zero notice. So that's pretty freaky. But there is no bugs, and it's one of the cheapest rents in Greensboro without being ...in a super high crime area, so I guess it could be worse.Property Manager Responded

May 4, 2025The community, while it is on the older side, is clean, quiet and feels safe. It needs paint and parking lot repair, but the price is reasonable. Onside staff and maintenance are excellent but short-staffed and struggle to meet the needs required of them.Property Manager Responded
