October 29, 2022I have been saving this review because my lease isnt up yet. I don’t know even know where to start. Ive been living here since May. Noise upstairs bad, roaches resistant to spays, trash pile up, amazon locker charging you for packages, constant car towing with 317$ fee, trash not being picked up on time, refrigerator constantly going out. THE WORST PLACE
June 11, 2021The worst complex we have ever lived in. Nothing works, everything sucks. The worst administrative staff and the worst sanitary conditions to live. You pay pest control but you will live surrounded by insects inside your house and in the gardens, no matter how much you clean. After a few months moving, we got infested with cockroaches that according to the workers of the complex came from the next door apartment that was empty, they sent a person with a spray can literally, it seemed like a ...joke. They never took care of a pest problem in our apartment, we had to move and they never took responsibility for anything and we were charged a penalty for moving before the end of the lease. We had a private patio that we never got to enjoy because it was infested with ants, my son ended up in the hospital getting injections and they never did anything. Parking is a nightmare, if you want to have a place you will have to pay $ 45 for a parking lot without a roof. You can complain all you want, in the same way nothing will happen because the staff change every week, nobody supports the problems of this complex. Horrible Management
April 27, 2020I moved in this place with my family looking for comfort and peace. Well let me tell you, this place does not care about your about your peace. You will have neighbors who have more 7 people in an apartment who are noisy and blast music all day long. There have been several break-ins, they do nothing to reassure you of your safety. I have gone to the office and asked them to ask them to turn it down and all they do is turn it up louder on purpose. I have spoken to management on numerous occasions ...and all they do is say we'll call them and send them am email. But they want their rent on time every month. Nothing is done, I have complained about the big kids ant the parks using profanity in front of the little children. And when you ask them to stop they refuse. Kids hang out all hours the night loud and yelling through the night. The problem with this place is that they have it listed in the lease that tenants can play music till 10 pm at night. Horrible Management
October 17, 2017This is a business, meaning all they care about is your money! There is no regard for the tenants or their safety. Robberies and break ins are normal here and completely disregarded. Security is seriously lacking. Avoid living here AT ALL COSTS!Property Manager Responded

Encore Mission Review
June 26, 2017The best choice I made was signing a lease here. Management is attentive and caring, and my apartment is perfect for myself and my son! There is a playground for him, and a 24 hour fitness center for myself! The pool is beautiful and so relaxing. I feel safe in my apartment and when I use the amenities, and I feel welcomed everytime I walk into the office. Loving my new home!
February 2, 2017Let me start by saying that I viewed so many complexes prior to making my choice, And I couldn't be happier with my choice. Love, love, love my new apartment! Everything is brand new and beautiful. I face the pool and my view is incredible. The staff is wonderful. Property Management Ignore Complaints and concerns
February 1, 2017Management shows favoritism. My husband and I moved here wanting a nice new Quiet place to stay....! Since moving here in October we have been harassed by a Big Barking and Howling dog that lives next door. The main problem is not that the dog is so annoying barking every time my neighbor's leave. Howling and Barking very late hours sometimes past 2:00 am... It's the nonchalant attitude of the management team. Since moving in I have recorded the dog, sent emails to management, and have even ...called the police and despite all that we have documented. Nothing has been resolved. The dog can be heard all over the complex. Two people in that work in the office live here and confirmed that they can hear the dog Howling and Barking. Yet still nothing has been done. The management has told me that they are a pet friendly community and the owner's of the dog are so "nice" even though I was promised they would handle the situation before Christmas. It seems to me that even though I pay rent the dog is getting more consideration then me or the other neighbors that hear him. The dog barked and howled all Thanksgiving and Now Christmas Eve.
