I move in the fall of 2022 with 3x3. The unit is horrible, filthy, and covered with dust. Bugs, ants and spiders all over. Broken light in the kitchen. The floor had white paint everywhere. Wall is dirty without being repainted. Find many roaches in the kitchen/ my bedroom and living room. Screen doors have ripped. My toilet leaked. Call for pet control.. Not show up until 2 weeks later. Overall.. Not worth your money. I Super regret moving in. Find elsewhere for a better price with better ...

I have lived at Knightshade (formerly Retreat) since I was a sophomore in college (I am a senior now). I am glad that I have had this experience throughout college, I have met met my girlfriend and someone of my best friends here. The cottage style of living is very suited to whatever lifestyle you desire, having parties with friends or having a house to decorate and hang out at. I have toured multiple properties in the area and Knightshade by far has the best staff to work with. They respond to calls and emails quickly and when I ask questions, they always take the time needed to explain so I understand their responses.

This place is a joke, lived here for a year and got paired with a roommate that was the complete opposite of what we asked for on our roommate pairing sheet. We had issues our entire lease with her and the company gave us false promises and never withheld their end of the deal. Had to deal with THREE different management companies within a couple months span, and the one that is there now is the worst one yet. You can call the phone number as many times as you want, no one will talk to you and if ...
you do get ahold of someone they're useless. Our power bill goes over constantly, not due to the residents but due to maintenance saying everything is fine when clearly it is not. They've lied to my roommates and our parents and have absolutely no care in the world for their residents. They don't own up to their word and never have, the house was great and the community and amenities are great but Alejandro lied to my roommates and I and we even have proof and they continue to not care, I am leaving this community and never coming back due to POOR MANAGEMENT. I have never seen anything like it. Steer clear and save some money.
