do not even consider moving here
October 7, 2024the management now is inconsiderate, we are paying for the benefits but we are not allowed to use any of the "benefits" they offer. We used to be able to go to the office and my kids use to study in the common center, drink coffee, and print as much as 50 paper a month. Now we aren't we even allowed to into the common center without being asked what we need. I went today to print some papers as I pay monthly to be able to do so and I was told that I couldn't print more than 4 pages and that the ...amenity is no longer available , yet we are still paying for that.Property Manager Responded

RUN AS FAST AS YOUR LITTLE LEGS CAN CARRY YOU
September 10, 2022The property photos are so beautiful and they say a picture is worth a thousand words, BUT REVIEWS ARE PRICELESS! If you don't do anything else, please heed this warning. ROACH INFESTED!!! If you work hard for your money and have half way decent credit, choose any other property in Cinco Ranch - there are plenty to choose from and we work too hard for our money to live in uncomfortable conditions. I have been here about a week now, and have realized all the reviews that were left regarding this ...property, were speaking of experiences with management/people who no longer exist here. The current management team is new and could care less about you or the property. The first 3 days of my arrival were 'team no sleep' because I found pregnant roaches walking across my kitchen ceiling..coming out of the kitchen drain.. crawling in my closet and I stayed up every night spraying, bombing and laying roach hotels. On top of that, the manager denied my claims as if I were lying when the apartment clearly appeared to be roach infested. I now realize the management team was unbothered by my complaints because it's NOT news to them. The grounds keepers even told me that this place is roach infested and there are many complaints from other tenants as well! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE I DID! If you're comfortable living this way then ignore this review, otherwise, RUN FOR THE HILLS AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!Property Manager Responded

dangerous apartment complex, management will lie and stab you in the back
August 9, 2022It is a very dangerous complex and they are rats inside the complex all the time, the management will act friendly and is just fake they will make you think they care for you but they only care about money We live here since August 2021 and one day someone attacked us inside the complex, they totaled our car and then we talk to management and agreed on us being able to move out early without having to pay the termination fee, now they are calling me saying that i owe them money. Makes you feel at home

DO NOT RENT HERE
June 22, 2021We have been living here since march and about a month ago, my fiancé and I came home to about 80 bees inside of our apartment. It was about 10pm and we called the apartment emergency line 4 times until a maintenance worker picked up. He explained the manager was out of town and he couldn't do anything about the bees. We had to book a hotel room for the night because we still could not reach anyone at the apartment complex and the office was closed for Memorial Day. We even called exterminators ...and they explained they aren't allowed to kill bees due to them being endangered and the beekeeper couldn't come because it is an apartment complex and not an owned home. On Monday we still had no answers so we had to book the room for another night. Tuesday morning I went into the office and explained our situation and one of the sales consultants said "Oh yes, the exterminator came and sprayed the bees out yesterday." No one had notified either of us that this had happened. I then emailed her a detailed explanation and the receipt for our hotel stay so she could forward to the manager and we could be reimbursed as the sales consultant said we would be. It has now been almost a month since then and my fiancé had to reach out AGAIN in order to get a response. No one responded to our emails for A MONTH!!!! Not even a follow-up. They said they will NOT be reimbursing us for our stay even though we physically could not sleep in our apartment due to my fiancé being allergic to bees. I am disappointed in the poor communication of the management here. Definitely will be moving out as soon as our lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Stay away!
August 9, 2017It was wonderful when I moved there to years ago, but no more. A new management company purchased it last fall (October 2016), and things have gone down hill since then. The property manager regularly chews out tenants if they have a complaint. Difficult to get even small maintenance issues repaired. There's STILL a hole in a common area where a repair went bad with the electrical wires sticking out. This is right next to the playground. The quality of tenants has gone down as well. There is an ...apartment where 8 people live in a 1 bed, 1 bath unit. Management does not care. There are domestic violence issues fairly regularly now. Used to not be at issue. Perimeter lights don't typically work so parking lots are dark most nights. They charge too much for what you don't really get. I'd go elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
