June 14, 2024had no ac for 2 years, roaches, bugs. the maintenance men come in with no warning, tracking in dirt and they let my cat out. tried to evict me on more than one occasion for “not paying rent”, when i had the proof i paid. office people never answer phones nor do they care about the issues of the apartments. the vent in one of the bathrooms caught my hair on fire from shooting out a flame. outlets don’t workReview from Apartments.com
Communication is not good
May 26, 2022I was trying to relocate from another state to Charlotte area. Besides not knowing they are advertising for 2 separate apartments. I didnt know where the one I applied to is located. After I was given the address, I googled it and it looks like not a good place for a single woman to move to. The assistant property manager was supposed to call me on facetime so i can look and i got no call. Waited a couple days. Called the office with no answer. 2 weeks later they call me looking to see about me ...moving jn. I have already called my employer and advised i was having issues and the apt was not responding. What I have noticed in all the apartments is that no one wants to physically work nor answer phones and they always want to use Covid as the excuse. Why would I move into an apartment when I get no communication. So now I’m out of the admin fee caused by the apartment not communicating. Just sad, yall seriously need to do better.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2021Great place to call home-very quiet and conveniant to mall, hospital, stores, etc. Robin and Jason in management are very friendly. Love the pool in the summer. Maintenance is responsive and resolve issues quickly. Best apartment I have stayed at hands-down and would've stayed if it were not for a job transfer. The cable is paid for, monthly bug sprays, and the maintenance and management (Jason) is EXCEPTIONAL! I just can't say more positive things about this place.
