January 21, 2025People outside all the time, they have shootings, when you report something going on, just know nothing is going to be done about it….they jack the rent up without any renovation; only the new tenants get a renovated apartment to sucker them in…do not move your family here!Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2019Eastdale Apartments is horrible. The staff in the office do not care. The maintenance workers are nosey and do not know when to back off. July 24, 2019I live in Eastdale Apartments, and I love living out there. The neighborhood is friendly the staff is very friendly and understanding. Rodrica is a very sweet, and professional person she goes out her way to help you. Despite what went on out there, it can happen anywhere. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
November 11, 2018The management is very unprofessional. There are constant problems with the apartments and when asked to fix, it takes more than a month to do so. Managment says there is security here but unfortunatly that doesn't mean anything when cars get broken into, cops show up almost every weekend, and kids cant feel safe playing in the neighborhood. When I first moved in the walls in my apartment were still wet with paint, bathrooms had multiple issues. The layout of the apartments are good but if your ...trying to find a safe, well taken care of and homey place THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BE.
