Lovely environment, Excellent Management
July 19, 2025In the almost 2 years that my elderly mother has lived in The Retreat complex in Fuquay, we have nothing but good things to say about the excellent construction, efficient utilities, safe and friendly environment, and last but far from least, the excellent management and maintenance teams. Things come up, and they are handled in a prompt, caring manner. Not long ago I was walking to my car with a bag of garbage in the pouring rain, and one of the gentleman on the maintenance team zipped up in his ...golf cart and took my trash, saving me from getting soaking went. May 22, 2024Worst place to live! Management is horrible, try claim they want to help, but lie in front of your face! Look elsewhere… looks great on the outside, but once your in they show your their true colors! Do your research before getting pulled in by their propaganda. Loud. Horrible, a nightmare
March 26, 2021My apartment is on the first floor, the people who live above me are absolutely horrible. They vacuum at 1 AM, their toddler is constantly running and pounding her feet on the floor above, their dogs bark loudly. I can occasionally hear their dogs running upstairs. I’ve gone up there and complained to their face and nothing changes. The apartment office is no help. They basically say solve it yourself and deal with it. I won’t be renewing my lease when it’s up on August. I can’t leave here fast ...enough.Property Manager Responded

The best town in RDU. The best apartments in town. Boom.
March 5, 2021This is THE nicest apartment community in Fuquay, hands down. They're pet friendly, have an AWESOME pool and cabana area, their gym has actual Crossfit stuff and a kids play area, and since the place was just built in 2019 the whole place is so clean and fresh. Marsha and Michelle are always cheerful and helpful anytime I need to talk with them. All in all, if you are looking for a luxury apartment experience in Fuquay-Varina, this is the place you should check out first. We're glad WE did!Property Manager Responded
